Conditions for exchange
Returning an item must be done within the specified period.
Purchase: You have 30 days from the shipping date of your order.
Items must be in their original condition.
The returns form must be included with the return package.

Refund of a return shipment
If you return a purchase, you will receive a refund via the same payment method you used for your purchase. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been completed. If more than 30 days have passed since the confirmation email, please contact us.

You have the right to open the packaging and inspect the items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item within 30 days of receipt. The items must be returned unworn and unwashed in the original packaging. If the package is returned in good condition, you will receive the full amount of the returned items excluding shipping costs.

Because we care a lot about the environment and are strongly committed to sustainability, we cannot pay return costs.

Conditions for returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item within 30 days of receipt. All additional costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer. Acidlics encourages conscious online shopping and therefore discourages free returns.

Price of returns
The price for returning your package depends on the local post office of your choice.

It is not possible to cancel your order. After payment, your order will be processed automatically. You can return your order after delivery.
